Practice Friday 7/30

We will practice on Friday at 6 PM at Wheaton Woods IF the pool is open. If the pool is not open, we will not hold practice this afternoon. Practice will run 30-45 minutes, so we will not be overworking anyone prior to the meet tomorrow.
