Team caps will be available from the coaches sometime on Thursday. The caps design is the same as last year - an orange cap with a black tiger paw on one side, and WW on the other side. Swimmers with long hair are expected to wear caps at meets. Team suits are also expected to be worn at meets.
A rule change regarding suits was made by USA Swimming in October 2009, and these rules apply to MCSL as well. Any of the specialized full body or full leg suits are no longer permitted to be used in competition. Additionally, any suit with a zipper is no longer permitted as well. I know a few of you have suits of this type that were worn last season, so please make sure that you have a suitable and legal replacement for these now-banned technical swimsuits.
