Parent Volunteers this weekend for the 'A' Meet and the 'A' Relay Carnival

This is a busy weekend with the 'A' Meet at North Creek on Saturday morning and the 'A' Relay Carnival, again at North Creek, on Sunday morning. Please watch this space in the next day for further information regarding caravans and driving directions to North Creek.

'A' Meet on Saturday June 26th at North Creek

A sign-up sheet has been posted on the swim team bulletin board for parent volunteers for the meet on Saturday.

We need our usual complement of timers, one or two parents at the awards/ribbons table, and two parents at the automation table. The more parents we have, we might be able to alternate so that each parent can work one half each. I would also like one additional parent at the Clerk of Course area. Please stop by and sign up to help out.

'A' Relay Carnival on Sunday June 27th at North Creek

A sign-up sheet has been posted on the swim team bulletin board for parent volunteers for the 'A' Relay Carnival on Sunday.

We need three (3) timers, one (1) more take-off judge, and one or two parents to help out at automation. The more parent volunteers we get, the greater chance there is that parents can work one half each. For automation, parents will not work more than one half and there is a chance that it will be less because each team is providing assistance.

I have to submit the names of our parent volunteers by Friday night, so please sign up to volunteer. If you cannot make it to the pool, please email me and let me know which position you would like to help out with.
