Information about Away meet vs. Kemp Mill on Saturday July 7th

Hello All.  This weekend our meet with be at the Kemp Mill Pool located at 11805 Stonington Place, Silver Spring 20902 (directions from the pool are below).  Here is some information about their pool and the parking options.  If you are not going to join the caravan, please be at the pool no later than 8am.  This includes all officials and timers.

Your swimmers will have the grassy team area nearest the entrance side of the pool. Please ask them to stay behind the fence and spectator markers during the meet and to not take chairs from the meet area into the team area. While we will have a picnic table (or two) and some chairs in your team area, you are welcome to bring extra chairs as well.  Your officials, including your timers, should check in under the cabana at the far end of the pool near automation and the the clerk of course.  The officials' hospitality table will be at the other end next to the baby pool.
There's plenty of parking in our lot and there's overflow parking available on Lamberton Drive which runs parallel to our parking lot. Your swimmers may also want to park on the street on either side of the entrance on Stonington. Our pool manager asks that you tell your swimmers not to park along our driveway, as that's in violation of the fire code, and that they not park on the grass along the driveway as we share it with homes on either side of the entrance.   We have spaces reserved for handicapped access near the fire lane.
